Tuesday was the last day of first test match of two test match series being played between South Africa and Pakistan at neutral venues. First test match started last Friday at Dubai International Cricket Ground, Dubai. South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first. Second test match is to be played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. On Monday, the fourth day of first test match South Africa declared their second innings for 318 at the loss of only two wickets thereby putting a target of 450 runs for Pakistan to win. Pakistan were 109 for 2 at the end of day 4 with Azhar Ali at 37 and Younis Khan at 11 on crease needing 342 more runs to win on day 5.

The first match of two test match series between South Africa and Pakistan started at Dubai International Cricket Ground, Dubai on 12th November.
South Africa after winning the two T20 match series by 2-0 and the 5 ODI series by 3-2 played at neutral venues in Abu Dhabi and Dubai is going strong in the first test match and has put a big challenge for Pakistan to win.
