Now the wait is over and host Sri Lanka vs India will strewn the ground of Rangiri International Cricket Stadium of Dambulla. With frantic performance in the Tri-series final. Both the teams are looking forward to register a convincing win in the final of the tri-series. In this regard both Sri Lanka vs India are all set for this clash of titans.

Both Sri Lanka vs India are known as batting giants in the world. Deep batting line up to No. 10 is responsible for this reputation of Sri Lanka Vs India. But this tournament has been going on vice-a-versa so far. Batting line up of all the teams in this tournament has been a matter of worry for all three participants throughout the tournament. No team has been able to put up a glorious batting display in front of Sri Lankan spectators. Reason for it has is that the pitch of Rangiri International Cricket Stadium of Dambulla has favored bowlers so far throughout the tournament.

Owing to the bowler friendly pitches so far all the bowlers of all the teams of the tournament has given a cold shoulder to the batting line up of each other. Owing to this cold shoulder given all the teams in the tournament have faced lot of humiliation because their batting line up performed poorly in the completion and has got bundled out on meager scores more then once in the tournament. Especially Indian team that has been dismissed on 89 and 103 in this tournament.

wing to this shabby and doubtful batting display Indian team was not being taken into consideration for the final. But the way Virender Sehwag has got his furious and that too just at the nick of time has given the team some boost. The way he won the day against New Zealand in a do or die encounter has rung serious warning bell for the host. Moreover, at being asked about the biggest threat for them in the grand finale in the Indian side Sri Lankan Skipper also named Virender Sehwag only. Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara said we can handle everyone in the Indian side at will but Sehwag is the who hates being directed as per the wishes of other people. So he likes to dictate terms in his own style. Moreover, he is the only one who can has the potency of changing shifting the gears and momentum of the match at will any time and the way he likes.

I totally agree with Sri Lankan Captain kumar Sangakkara because he has proved himself a tournament winner instead of match winner only. He has won India many tournaments single handedly. Instead of being considered a batsman Virender Sehwag is deemed a ferocious butcher. He is fearless. He is ruthless.  More imporatantly Virender Sehwag is a butcher who loves to butcher of most dangerous bowling attaks of the world. That is what makes him a ferocious player. In addition to the fear of opposition this ferocious opener bats right at top of the batting line up. There is one thing that makes him the most dangerous batsman of the history is that he is never afraid of playing his strokes on the ground or in the air even when he is batting on 99 or 294. The biggest reason of this is that he has crystal clear mind. Once he decides to hit any ball so he hits it at any cost. It does not matter who is bowling in front of him because he thinks a batsman should play the work of the bowler instead of his name.

Virender Sehwg is Bam Bam Biglow of cricket who burns the opposition in fire of his batting at will.

But at the same time something more has given some relaxation to the mind of Captain Dhoni and team management is that the way bowlers also won the battle of self respect for the team. But still there is uncertainty about the performance of the teams in the final as this entire tournament has been uncertain so far. So there is one huge question lingering in the mind of everyone is will the days belong to the batsmen or to the bowlers once again?

Anyways we need not worry about it but Indian team still needs to despite showing some good performance in the previous match against New Zealand. But so far as bowling is concerned so it is not a big cause of worry as all the bowlers of the team have bowled well. In addition to it all the bowlers have plenty of wickets in their kitty to take lot of confidence ahead for the final against host Sri Lanka.

So far as Sri Lankan team is concerned so they have slight edge over the Indian team in terms of batting. But major reason of it is that Sri Lankan batting has performed consistently well in this entire tournament. Moreover, they too have depth in their batting line up to No.10 in their squad. That is where Indian team needs to be careful slightly in the final at Dambulla. Indian team will not only have to curtail runs and run rater rather wickets at regular intervals will have also to be taken by the Indian bowlers. If the wickets are not taken despite curtailing runs and runs rate so Sri Lankan team have mighty hitters like Chamara Kapugedera, Thisara Perera, and Suraj Randiv who can hit the ball way back into the stands.

In addition to it Bowling attack of Sri Lankan team is also looking in a great form. So Sri Lankan team is very well balanced and set in terms of batting and bowling for the final at Dambulla. But this does not mean that we can under estimate the all new looking bowling attack of the Indian team because cricket is a game of uncertainty so you never know what will happen in the match.

Players TO Watch Out For:

As I have already mentioned that Virender Sehwag is the one man against whom Sri Lankan team will have to be extra careful because if he stays on the pitch even for 15 overs only so he will finish the match at his own. Moreover Sri Lankan team who has been a victim of this ferocious batsman many times in the past is also aware with this fact very well. Except Sehwag players like Rohit Sharma, Sresh Riana are also known to be the players of the big moment. In addition to it captain Dhoni has also started showing dangerous sings for Sri Lanka as he made only but well composed 38 runs in the game against New Zealand. so he is the man who also has the capacity of launching the ball into the crowd along with Yuvraj Singh don the order.

With ball Praveen Kumar has been a consistent performer for India in this tournament. So he can be the biggest threat to Sri Lankan batting with his swinging deliveries. Except him Ishant Sharma can also turn out to be a dangerous bowler.

From Sri Lankan side Thisara Perera can be very dangerous with both bat and ball tomorrow. Perera has shown earlier that how dangerous he can be with the ball. But at the same time he has the potential of hitting big sixes also. Talking about other players so Angelo Mathews can also do the damage with bat and ball. But the biggest thereat to Indian team is present right at the top in the shape of Tilakratne Dlshan just like Virender Sehwag is present in the Indian team right at the top for Sri Lanka.  Tilakratne Dilshan does the job for Sri Lanka that Virender Sehwag does for India.

Team news:

India:So far India has not done much experiment with the team throughout the tournament. Moreover, strategy of using four pace bowlers has worked well in this tournament for India. According to the news coming out of the dressing room Indian team is likely to play with four pacers in the final too. So there seems to be no chance for youngster even in the final also.

Sri Lanka:Sri Lankan team is not going through injury problems. Moreover they do not have any problem in terms of batting and bowling form of their players also. If you look at the Sri Lankan team so they look very well set and balanced for the final against India.

Expected Squads:

Sri Lanka:

1 T. Dilshan, 2 U. Tharanga, 3 K. Sangakkara (capt & wk),

4 M. Jayawardene, 5 A. Mathews, 6 C. Silva, 7 C. Kapugedera,

8 T. Perera, 9 S. Randiv, 10 N. Kulasekara, 11 L. Malinga

india:

1 V. Sehwag, 2 D. Karthik, 3 V. Kohli, 4 Y. Singh, 5 M Singh Dhoni (capt & wk), 6 S. Raina, 7 R. Jadeja/ R. Sharma, 8 P. Kumar,9 I. Sharma, 10 A. Nehra, 11 M. Patel

But if Indian team wants to register a win in the final match agains Sri Lanka so combined and purposeful team effort will be required. Moreover victory of Indian team largely depends upon the way Virender Sehwag performs tomorrow at the crunch time. All in all According to me Virender Sehwag will have to play a key role right at the top as an opener.

Fans this Final match of the Tr-series between India vs Sri Lanka is not only a final match for the men in blue rather it is a chance for them to seek their revenge of humiliating defeat that was handed to them by Sri Lanka after the Mo-Ball controversy of Suraj Randiv.  So fans what are you going to do tomorrow? So far as I am concerned I am not likely to loose this chance of watching the final of theTri-series between India Vs Sri Lanka at any cost.
