In a match which looks headed for a definite result, the bowlers are making merry, as the batsmen struggle to find a foothold. The day saw twelve wickets falling for a mere 113 runs.
In the first test of the England vs Pakistan test series, the visitors on day two, finished offthe England tail in a hurry to restrict England to 354 with Asif claiming 5 wickets.
Pakistan though was not prepared for the fury of the England bowlers, mostly James Anderson. The man took 5 wickets to destroy Pakistan. Anderson and Finn took eight wickets in total and Broad took one to make the total of Pakistan just 147 for the loss of nine wickets.
The recently married Shoaib Malik was the pick of Pakistani batsmen as he scored a fast 38 runs. Meanwhile Morgan scored a 130 to give the boost to the England innings. It will be interesting to see where the match goes from here.
